All clients require ID.

If you are under 16, you will need to provide a birth certificate or passport and have a parent/legal guardian present; parent/legal guardian will need photo ID and proof of guardianship (if applicable).

Only one adult guest is permitted in the piercing room.  There is seating in the front of the studio where additional guests can wait.  Young children are not permitted in the piercing room (unless being pierced) and must not be left unattended at any time.
