JEWELLERY POLICY
General
​
Any jewellery bought directly from Needle In A Haystack cannot be returned or refunded once it has either left the studio or has been fitted.
Faulty Jewellery
​
Faulty jewellery bought directly from Needle In A Haystack can be replaced upon inspection; this must be within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase must be provided.
Lost Jewellery
​
If jewellery becomes lost, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
QualiTi Body Jewellery
​
In the case of faulty QualiTi jewellery bought directly from Needle In A Haystack, we can arrange for a replacement.
In the event that QualiTi agree upon inspection that the goods are faulty, we can offer a refund or a replacement with no charge. If an exact replacement is not possible, a choice between alternatives and/or partial refund will be offered.
