APPOINTMENT POLICY
Appointments

Make sure you read our age policy before booking you appointment.
Make sure you bring appropriate ID if 16 or over.
Make sure you bring appropriate ID and parental consent if under 16.
Make sure to eat before your appointment.
Make sure you arrive on time for your appointment as we can only hold your appointment for a maximum of 10 minutes (5 minutes during busy periods).

Guests
​
Only one adult guest is permitted in the piercing room; exceptions may be allowed if more than one person is being pierced.
Children under 16 that are not being pierced are not permitted in the piercing room and must remain in the waiting area; if they cannot be left unsupervised then they will not be permitted in the studio.

Walk-ins
​
We are predominantly a walk-in studio, but please be aware that there may be a wait during busy periods.

Booking
​
If booking your appointment, you will need to provide your full name, mobile number and e-mail address at time of booking.
You will also need to complete a consent form ahead of your appointment.
